Phase 2 Electric LLC dba Wesworth Electric in North Carolina is seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. You will install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control systems while training apprentices on the job.

Journeyman Electrician candidates with a can-do attitude, attention to detail, and pride in workmanship are encouraged to apply. Valid NC driver's license and ability to work safely are required.

Qualifications

• Requires journeyman-level experience or higher.
• Knowledge of North Carolina electrical codes and regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical plans.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules, OSHA requirements, and NC electrical codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to determine requirements.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment.
• Provide bids and estimates for work orders when required.
• Train apprentices and guide less-experienced electricians.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team in North Carolina! You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing wiring, electrical fixtures, equipment, and control systems, as well as training apprentices on the job.

Responsibilities:

• Follow all company safety rules, OSHA requirements, and applicable North Carolina electrical codes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, sketches, and building plans to determine electrical requirements and materials needed
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems
• Perform electrical installations and repairs in accordance with applicable codes and project specifications
• Provide bids and estimates for work orders when required
• Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and other industry professionals
• Train and provide guidance to apprentices and less-experienced electricians
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an Electrician required; Journeyman-level experience preferred
• Knowledge of applicable North Carolina electrical codes and regulations
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and materials
• Strong understanding of mathematical concepts, measurements, and electrical calculations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProfessional appearance and courteous personality
