Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is hiring an Electrician for Desert Pine PV projects in the United States. This role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems at project sites, following safety standards and project specs.

The electrician will read schematics, install conduits and electrical components, and participate in commissioning. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical work, and a valid driver’s license are required; journeyman license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical installation/maintenance, renewable energy preferred.
• Ability to read electrical schematics/blueprints and interpret wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, bend, and route conduit and raceways for wiring.
• Pull and terminate wires per blueprints and codes.
• Install components like inverters, transformers, switchgear, and panels.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify issues.
• Assist commissioning and startup of renewable energy systems.
• Complete daily reports and documentation of work performed.
