Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree, technical diploma, certification, or recent graduation from Electrical Technology or related program.
• Experience preferred but not required; internships or hands-on work considered.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Assist with diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and operational issues.
• Install and wire motors, switch panels, fuse boxes, sensors, and power circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability.
