Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial projects.
• Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute installations accurately.
• Collaborate with journeymen and apprentices to ensure on-time, code-compliant work.
• Maintain safety standards at all times, using PPE and following OSHA guidelines.
• Use hand tools and company equipment as needed to perform work.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and project teams.
• Complete daily logs and provide project status updates.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial projects
• Work with blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute installations accurately
• Collaborate with fellow journeymen and apprentices on job sites to ensure work is completed on time and up to code
• Maintain safety standards at all times, using proper PPE and following OSHA/compliance guidelines
• Use personal hand tools and company-provided equipment as needed to perform work

• Complete daily logs and provide updates on project status as required

Qualifications

• Valid State of Connecticut E-1 or E-2 Electrical License (required)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Able to pass a background check in compliance with applicable laws
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Own basic electrical tools
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
