As a Journeyman Electrician at Hertzler Electric, you will play a pivotal role in our team, showcasing your extensive experience and expertise in commercial and industrial electrical systems. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Electrical Installations: Lead and participate in the installation of electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, power distribution, and control systems in commercial and industrial settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, analyzing circuits and systems to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Proficiently read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets industry standards, codes, and specifications, maintaining the highest level of quality and precision.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians to foster their professional development.
