Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license (where required by jurisdiction).
• 1-3 years of commercial or specialty electrical experience.
• Knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and general electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and schematics.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
• Experience with electrical systems, control panels, or custom technology integrations.
• Familiarity with commissioning, testing, and quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems for specialty projects such as schools and universities.
• Pull, terminate, and test conductors, feeders, and branch circuits.
• Install conduit, panels, transformers, switchgear, lighting, and specialty equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and technical specifications.

Position Summary

The Electrician in the Specialty Projects Division is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems for high-profile, technical, or custom commercial projects.
