Job summary

CALTRANS Electrician II for East Electrical in Riverside County installs, maintains and repairs electrical and electronic devices used within the state right of way and on state facilities.

The incumbent may lead a crew or oversee private contractors, work overtime including nights, weekends and holidays, and respond to emergencies as needed. A valid Class C Driver’s License is required; CDL class A/B is desirable.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Class C driver license.
• May require CDL Class A or B depending on duties.
