Job summary

Pilgrim’s Mt. Pleasant, TX is seeking an experienced Electrician to support our maintenance team. You will troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems across the plant, participate in new control-projects, and help improve reliability and safety of the operations.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of industrial electrical experience, strong schematic reading skills, and relevant certifications. This full-time, on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Industrial electrical experience with strong schematic reading skills.
• Additional electrical certifications (technical college or manufacturing certifications) preferred.
• 3–5 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical systems throughout the plant.
• Maintain electrical equipment through preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assist in implementing new control systems.
• Research and develop improved electrical controls and processes.
• Track recurring electrical issues and develop corrective solutions.
• Identify equipment weaknesses related to electrical systems and recommend improvements.
• Understand technical functionality of electrical equipment and train operators/technicians on operation and troubleshooting.
• Support maintenance personnel to ensure efficient production operations.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
