Industrial Power Solutions, a Sundt Company, is seeking Electrician Helpers to join our growing team on industrial, commercial, and mission-critical projects. You will learn hands-on under experienced electricians and contribute to safe, efficient jobsite operations.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior construction experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the electrical trade.
• Able to safely use basic hand tools and power tools.
• Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist electricians with the installation of electrical systems and equipment.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment.
• Assist with conduit installation, wire pulls, cable tray installation, grounding systems, and equipment setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
• Assist with material handling, inventory, and staging of equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
