General Summary

The Electrician Helper assists electricians by performing tasks under supervision, handling materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. They are prohibited from working on energized circuits.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with tasks like blueprint reading, conduit sizing, wiring, and installation.
• Learn and assist with various electrical tasks and operate equipment (training provided).

Position Requirements

• Valid driver’s license preferred
• High School Graduate/GED preferred
• No experience required

Working Conditions

• Work in all weather conditions, at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Must wear PPE and have personal tools.
• Flexible work hours, including nights and weekends.

Physical/Mental Functions

• Ability to identify wire colors, interpret drawings, operate tools and equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and work at heights.
