Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrician Foreman to lead the electrical team on the shop floor, coordinating installations, interpreting schematics, and enforcing safety.

This role reports to the Director of Operations and VP of Manufacturing, supporting prefabrication efforts for field construction. The position requires a licensed electrician with 5+ years in electrical work and at least 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting, with strong NEC

Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on electrical experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in an electrical or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
• Ability to work at heights using fall protection and other safety equipment.
• Comfortable working in varying shop conditions (heat, cold, noise).
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Safety-sensitive position and requires regular drug testing.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Must have the physical stamina to perform repetitive motions and remain on feet for most of the shift.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination sufficient to operate tools accurately and safely.

Job Role: The Electrician Foreman manages electrical workflow on the shop floor, including task coordination, hands-on work, and safety enforcement.
