Allegiance Industries is seeking an Electrical Foreman in the Charlotte area. The role involves planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising unskilled to journeyman workers on electrical installations.

You’ll provide on-the-job training and ensure safe operation of equipment and tools while meeting project schedules. Candidates should have 5+ years in electrical field construction, with strong knowledge of safety guidelines and construction processes.

Qualificações

• 5+ years electrical field construction experience.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• OSHA 10/30 training records for all current certificates is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, schedules, assigns, supervises and participates in the work of crews.
• Prepares 3-week minimum look ahead on projects.
• Enforces safety and work performance standards and regulations.
• Prepares and maintains detailed schedule of activities for job.
