Job summary

The Department of Emergency and Military Affairs (DEMA) seeks an experienced Electrician for Camp Navajo, Bellemont, AZ. You will perform complex electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance under the CFMO, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities include material estimating, coordinating with vendors, and supervising inmate crews. Strong documentation, blueprints, and MS Office skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with preferred 5 years of field experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems per codes.
• Experience documenting actions, tests and final diagnoses.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of building wiring systems.
• Procure materials, estimate costs, and ensure work follows codes.
• Coordinate with vendors and agencies; supervise inmate workers.
• Maintain records, logs and equipment accountability; prepare reports.
