Job summary

Mission Design & Automation in Holland, MI is seeking an Electrician to join our team, wiring panels and supporting startup of custom automation equipment. You will work alongside mechanical designers and controls engineers on diverse projects, applying practical craftsmanship to deliver reliable machines.

You will interpret schematics, troubleshoot electrical systems, and perform hands-on wiring tasks with growth opportunities and ongoing training in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring electrical panels and enclosures.

Position Summary:

We're looking for an Electrician who wants to make an impact.

In this role, you'll work alongside mechanical designers, controls engineers, and machine builders to bring custom equipment to life, from wiring the first panel to supporting final machine startup. Every project is different, giving you the opportunity to solve technical challenges, expand your skills, and see the direct results of your craftsmanship.

If you enjoy machine wiring, electrical troubleshooting, interpreting schematics, and working hands-on with custom equipment, we'd like to meet you.

Location:

Full-time, hourly position onsite in Holland, MI. Standard shop hours are 7am-3:30pm.

Compensation & Benefits:

Pay: $17-$28 per hour, based on experience.
