Job summary

metropowercareers seeks Electricians for full-time roles in the Southeast, including Florida, to support Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare, and Federal projects. You will install and repair electrical systems, read schematics, and operate hand and power tools on varied job sites.

Qualifications

• Electrical technician capable of performing all types of electrical installation work and strong problem-solving skills.
• 3 years of electrical installation experience preferred.
• Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity.
• Ability to self-start, display solid work ethic, and respect others.
• Ability to pass a background check, drug test and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair electrical systems in construction applications and industrial machinery.
• Adhere to the National Electrical Code and read/interpret manuals, schematics, blueprints, and equipment specifications; use hand and power tools and test equipment.
• Maintain safety as a priority and support zero-accident goals.
• Obtain safety training as expected by all personnel.
• Communicate effectively for timekeeping and safety reporting.
