Kiewit is seeking an experienced Mine Electrician (MSHA certified) to independently maintain, troubleshoot and install electrical systems for safe mining operations. You will support Komatsu 830E haul trucks, BE1300 dragline, and BE495 shovel while ensuring compliance with MSHA, NEC and CFR regulations.
The role requires strong technical ability, sound decision-making, and the ability to guide entry-level electricians on shift.

This position requires strong technical ability, sound decision-making, and strict adherence to MSHA, NEC, and CFR electrical regulations. Experienced electricians serve as technical resources on shift and may provide guidance to entry-level electricians.

Experienced electricians may progress to Senior or High-Voltage Mine Electrician roles with additional experience and MSHA High Voltage certification.

Compensation Range: From $42.76/hr to $51.52/hr(Actual compensation is subject to variation due such factors as licenses/certifications, experience, skillset, and location)
