Job description

We are currently seeking skilled Commercial Electricians in Greater Charleston, SC to join our team for an upcoming electrical construction project.

This is a temporary full-time position for a project expected to last approximately 3 months.

Pay: $26.00 – $37.00 per hour, based on experience and applicable state electrical licensing.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced knowledge of electrical theory and NEC code
• Perform NEC calculations
• Execute all types of conduit bends using various bender types
• Install raceways, boxes, cables, panels, breakers, and transformers
• Assist with wire pulling and switchboard installation
• Install light fixtures, devices, and cover plates
• Connect branch circuits including terminations and equipment
• Perform basic testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Maintain basic knowledge of control systems and components
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 4,000+ hours of electrician experience
• Current state Electrical Apprentice license (per state requirements)
• OSHA 10 certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
