Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• Background check and drug screen required; professional license preferred (we will assist).
• Ability to read prints or schematics and perform electrical duties safely.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records; present a professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Perform service and service project electrical work at the Central Maryland Servicing Location.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems including site and LED lighting.
• Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with coworkers and lead by action; maintain neat vehicle and appearance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments
• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
• Background and drug screen required

• Electrical experience, including working with schematics
• Proficiency in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with low voltage systems and NEC regulations
• Previous experience in residential service and/or commercial service electrician roles
