ESFM, the corporate Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) division of Compass Group USA, has an opening for a full-time Electrician (Automation) in Aurora, CO. The role covers operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and HVAC automation equipment to support customer needs.

Essential duties include reading blueprints, estimating materials, wiring, troubleshooting control systems, and coordinating manpower and deadlines.

Formación

• Colorado Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• 4 years of experience in electrical work.
• 2 years of experience in controls/automation work.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to meet insurability requirements to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to utilize trade tools and equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the CMMS utilizing a mobile device.
• Reads blueprints and diagrams, determines materials needed, estimates time and material costs on installations, and requests supplies to assure timely and adequate availability.
• Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs electrical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power & hand tools and other necessary equipment.
• Bends and installs EMT, rigid, plastic-bond and steatite conduit.
• Troubleshoots Controls and Automation systems.
• Locates cables that range from low to high voltage throughout campus for various contractors.
• Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, or diagnoses malfunctions of control systems.
• Helps determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs or projects.
• Responds to emergency problems in the facility and makes emergency repairs as needed.

• We have an opening for a full time ELECTRICIAN (AUTOMATION) position.
• Location: 25000 E. 56th Avenue, Aurora, CO 80019 Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, day shift. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Colorado Journeyman Electrician License preferred. 4 years of experience in electrical work. 2 years of experience in controls systems or automation work. Valid driver’s license with ability to meet insurability requirements to operate company vehicles. Ability to utilize trade tools and equipment.
• Pay Range:$45.00per hour to$47.00per hour

Job Summary

Summary:

The Electrician - Controls, under general direction, provides operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical and hvac automation equipment in a safe, and efficient manner in response to or in support of customer needs. The Electrician - Controls also performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties for the site and Maintenance Department.
