Job summary

Integrityamc is seeking an experienced electrician in El Paso, TX to set up and maintain electrical infrastructure across properties. You will install, inspect, and repair electrical devices, read wiring diagrams, and ensure safety standards are met to provide reliable power for residents and staff.

Responsibilities include daily maintenance, responding to outages, coordinating with maintenance teams, and documenting work orders.

Overview of Position

Electrician is responsible for setting and maintaining the electrical infrastructure of properties assigned while producing and maintaining well functioning electrical connections to minimize the probability of accidents and maximize usability of electricity in all facilities. Maintains the devices and equipment used to install, update or change electrical devices. Recommends the purchase of necessary equipment. Ensures that personal protection equipment is maintained, used and in individual’s possession at all times when performing any work. Ensures that work assigned is completed on a timely basis.

Special Skills

Knowledge of equipment, tools, and procedures of Electrical and other related equipment. Knowledge of hand and power tools as well as mechanical equipment including but not limited to: motors, pumps, compressors, blowers, etc. Working conditions include dirty environment, extreme temperatures, lifts or carries heavy objects. Must adhere to safety standards at all times.

Education and Experience

A High School diploma or GED. Three (3) year of Electrician experience.

Physical Requirements

Constant need to be on feet; requires standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, climbing, or walking alternatively depending on specific needs of the day. Climbing stairs and ladders are required as well as getting on and off a roof. Must be able to grasp, push and pull certain equipment necessary to perform job. Lifting and carrying of weights under and up to 50lbs by self. May have to lift more than 50lbs with required internal systems in place and/or with other team members.
