Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Position requires basic electricians hand tools.
• Ability to work with hands and multi-task.
• Some electrical knowledge is helpful.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record per company policy.
• Applicable state certification required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers tools and supplies for use at the work site.
• Measures, cuts, and bends wire and conduit.
• Drills holes for wiring and pulls or pushes wiring through openings.
• Traces short circuits in wiring.
• Assists in lifting, positioning, and fastening electrical components.
• Performs minor repairs such as replacing fuses, sockets, bulbs, switches.
• Maintains tools and equipment and keeps supplies organized.
• Disassembles defective equipment and replaces worn parts.
• Keeps the work area clean and safe.
• Performs other routine duties as assigned.
