Steadfastalliance is seeking an Electrician Apprentice for an entry-level role in Tampa. You will receive on-the-job training while assisting with commercial electrical and low voltage installations, gaining hands-on experience under licensed electricians.

You will learn to measure, cut, and route wire and conduit, use multimeters, and support the installation of switches and outlets. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and steady skill development.

Qualifications

• No prior electrical experience required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist electricians with commercial electrical and low voltage installation and service tasks.
• Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit to required lengths and angles.
• Pull wire or cable through conduits and ducts.
• Use digital multimeters to measure voltage, amperage, and continuity.
• Help install and connect switches, outlets, and receptacles.
• Organize tools and materials, and maintain a clean job site.
• Follow all job-site safety rules and procedures.
• Learn and apply basic electrical principles and code requirements.

The Apprentice will assist with commercialelectrical and low voltage installations and repairs, gaining hands-onexperience while working under the supervision of licensed electricians.
