Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, pass background checks, and be willing to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass a drug and background check.
• Willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in various physical conditions including heights, confined spaces, and outdoors.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
