Apprentice-Electrician- Renewable EnergySUPERVISOR: Site SuperintendentCLASSIFICATION: Hourly non-exemptSUMMARY DESCRIPTION:We are searching for a driven, enthusiastic apprentice to join our Electrician four-year Registered Apprenticeship Program. The apprentice's responsibilities include learning and developing practical skills, participating in classes and workshops on and offsite, observing all health and safety codes, completing tests and assignments.As an Apprentice, you will be collaborating with other apprentices and attending workshops and classes where you will gain valuable knowledge from industry-recognized coursework and experienced journey workers in the craft. You will participate in learning opportunities, complete tests, assignments, and develop practical skills. Additionally, you will work within a specific department but also learn about other aspects of the industry.To be successful as an apprentice, you must have time management skills and be willing to fit into the existing staff structure. Outstanding apprentices are those who respond well to constructive criticism, build good relationships with colleagues, and take responsibility for their actions.
