Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

• Physically capable of lifting 25–50 pounds.

• Manage inventory by assisting in maintaining stock levels for required parts and supplies.
• Maintain safety standards by strictly following required work-safe practices, including lock-out/tag-out requirements and wearing PPE in safety-sensitive designated areas.

Responsibilities of Electrician

Qualifications of Electrician

• High school diploma or equivalent; OR 1–3 months of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Technical electrical knowledge including extensive familiarity with PLCs, VFDs, instrumentation, and motor control circuits.
• Blueprint reading skills with the ability to interpret specifications, electrical schematics, and other standard documents.
• Tool proficiency with demonstrated knowledge of both hand and power tools.
• Physical capability to regularly lift 25–50 pounds.
• Core professional competencies including high integrity, self-motivation, strong teamwork, and demonstrated prioritization and time-management skills.
