Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a highly skilled, licensed Permanent Electrician to join our engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance, and the design/installation of electrical systems, with hands-on responsibility across projects.

Qualifications

  • Valid electrician license.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary tools and equipment.
  • Familiarity with the National Electrical Code and local building regulations.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy items and work in different environmental conditions.

  • Inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers.
  • Identifying electrical problems using a variety of testing devices.

  • Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.
  • Directing and training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
  • Working with the engineering team to design and implement electrical systems for new projects.
  • Using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventive maintenance, tracking, and scheduling.
