Precision Wire & Controls is seeking motivated early career electricians with 1–2 years of hands-on electrical experience to grow alongside journeymen, technicians and engineers. The role offers exposure to industrial installations, conduit pulling, and reading basic prints, with travel across the United States.

Ideal candidates have experience with conduit and wiring, and are looking to develop toward an apprenticeship or journeyman path while maintaining strong safety practices and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Approximately 1-2 years of hands‑on electrical experience in commercial or industrial environments.
• Basic knowledge of electrical safety practices.
• Experience using common electrical hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel up to 90%.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and modification of industrial electrical systems.
• Pull wire and install conduit (EMT, PVC, RMC, etc.).
• Read and work from basic electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Use hand and power tools safely.
• Support experienced electricians on industrial and commercial projects.
• Maintain safe work practices while traveling to customer sites throughout the United States.

Precision Wire & Controls is seeking motivated Early Career Electricians who already have practical electrical experience and are ready to continue developing their skills alongside experienced Journeymen, Controls Technicians, and Engineers.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with approximately 1-2 years of electrical experience who wants to grow toward an apprenticeship or journeyman-level career.

If you've already spent time working with conduit, pulling wire, reading basic prints, or assisting on industrial electrical installations, we'd like to talk with you.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the installation, maintenance, and modification of industrial electrical systems.
