You will perform routine maintenance, electrical work, HVAC tasks, plumbing support, and emergency repairs. The job requires a high school education, 2+ years general maintenance, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• 2+ years general maintenance or handyman experience.
• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall and repairs.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs and general upkeep of the property.
• Fix drywall, painting, minor carpentry and tile work.
• Perform basic electrical maintenance: replace ballasts, outlets, switches, lights.
• Conduct routine HVAC maintenance: change filters, troubleshoot.
• Support plumbing repairs: unclog drains, fix leaks.
• Assist with emergency repairs; may be on-call after hours.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Inspect facility equipment and infrastructure regularly.
• Provide mechanical support to all departments and move materials with a park vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Facility structures; drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry, and tile work
  
  
  • Basic electrical maintenance; replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and light fixtures
  
  
  • Routine HVAC maintenance; changing filters and basic troubleshooting
  
  
  • Support plumbing repairs; unclogging drains and fixing minor leaks

Qualifications

• Have a high school education or equivalent combination of education and experience


• 2 + years of experience general maintenance or handyman experience in a commercial setting


• Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repair techniques


• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints


• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly


• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays)
