Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is hiring an on-site Electrician in Richmond, VA. The role requires a Virginia electrician license and a completed apprenticeship, with 4+ years of contracting experience.

You will install and maintain electrical systems, document work in CMMS, and ensure safety per code and client standards. You will collaborate with facility managers, engineers, and vendors, contribute to safety initiatives, and participate in after-hours callouts to support critical building

brighter way forward.**Job Responsibilities****Technical Operations**• Install and maintain electrical wiring, control, and lighting systems (e.g., switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels, other safety and distribution components)• Inspect, repair, and replace electrical components and equipment such as wiring, fixtures, insulated cables, transformers, and circuit breakers• Perform general electrical maintenance and corrective/preventive maintenance on electrical systems, electrical panels, and circuits• Inspect, test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical system issues, safety hazards, and malfunctions• Installs or assists with the installation of associated conduit, wire, cable, equipment, components and devices• Assists with annual infrared scans• Follow the National Electrical Code, state and local building regulations, and safety procedures for every installation and repair• Circuit breaker corrective maintenance• Good knowledge of heating and air conditioning
