Responsible for the upkeep, operation, cleanliness, and safety of all electrical equipment associated with the infrastructure of the hospital. Ensures JCAHO requirements are completed. Repair and pm work could include fire alarm, electrical distribution, tube system, intercom, various electrical equipment, etc. Participates in department and craft meetings and uses correct safety work habits. Must be available and onsite for all emergencies, shut downs or repairs as requested.Demonstrates prompt and courteous services to customers and is able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff within the organization.
