Responsibilities

• Install electrical systems including wiring, outlets, and lighting fixtures in new and existing buildings.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices.
• Maintain and repair electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to accurately perform installations and repairs.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals on electrical design and layout to meet project specifications.
• Adhere to all local and national electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations during all phases of work.
