CGL Facility Management, LLC is seeking an experienced maintenance electrician to perform preventive and corrective electrical work for our commercial client base. The role may include installations beyond traditional electrician duties and requires adherence to safety standards.

You will read blueprints, test systems, maintain emergency generators, mentor junior technicians, and ensure all work complies with local codes and our client requirements.

Formación

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 4 years of construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent client relations in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to read and decipher blueprints, as-built documents and electrical diagrams.
• Must document work in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Must be a team player with strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances to include high voltage and AC/DC circuits.
• Inspects, tests, and performs preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment, lighting, signal, communications, and power circuits.
• Isolates defects in wiring, switches, motors, and other electrical equipment using testing instruments.
• Repairs and replaces faulty switches, sockets, and other elements of electrical systems to include fabrication of electrical control panels.
• Dismantles electrical machinery and replaces defective electrical or mechanical parts.
• Maintains emergency generators and high voltage switch gear.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
• Inspects completed work for conformance with requirements of local building and safety codes.
• Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures and according to the standards of CGL Facility Maintenance, OSHA, and our clients.
• Maintains a clean and safe workplace while and after performing maintenance tasks.
• Trains other technicians in unlike skillsets some basic of the trade. Provides mentorship, oversight, and direction.

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients.

A Brief Overview

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. This position will be responsible for both preventive and corrective electric maintenance work and minimal installations with our client, and may be assigned work outside of electrician duties.
