Job summary

HomeTown Services in Magnolia, TX is seeking an Electrician responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, locating and diagnosing maintenance problems, performing warranty and emergency repairs on equipment, and ensuring safe, reliable operation.

You will conduct inspections, repair components, perform routine maintenance, respond to service calls on-site, keep accurate records, and contribute to sales of electrical products while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Valid electrical license (Wireman or Journeyman)
• Valid driver's license with clean record
• Knowledge of property maintenance practices
• Sales acumen
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

Summary

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various electrical systems. The main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services, and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to identify electrical system issues and determine appropriate solutions.
• Repair or replace defective components in electrical systems, such as switches, wiring, fuse boxes, and generators.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Respond to service calls and troubleshoot electrical system problems on-site.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and installations performed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while working on electrical systems.
• Sales of all electrical products.

Requirements

• Wireman or Journeyman License.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance practices.
• Strong sales acumen.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
