• Department: Department of Health and Human Services

This position is located in the Facilities Management Department at each of the locations. A REAL ID will be required beginning May 7, 2025, in accordance with 6 C.F.R. 37.5 (2021). Key Responsibilities

Plans, installs, modifies, monitors, troubleshoots, tests and repairs, as necessary, all high and low voltage,normal and emergency electrical power systems, and associated wiring, breakers, panels, fixtures, controls,equipment, etc. Performs scheduled preventive maintenance, inspection, and operational testing.

Adjusts, repairs, or replaces defective electrical components and equipment within the scope of assigned work and verifies proper operation following maintenance or corrective action. Plans, installs, modifies, monitors, troubleshoots, tests, adjusts, and repairs, as necessary the HVAC DDC controls system. Operates and monitors the facility Building Automation System (BAS).
