Job summary

Lights Out Electrical in Utah is seeking a Residential Journeyman Electrician (or higher) to join our growing team. You'll perform clean, code-compliant installations, read blueprints, and communicate professionally with customers while delivering quality work.

This role offers opportunities to work on residential service calls, custom homes, remodels, and panel upgrades, with potential for advancement and a company vehicle after probation.

Qualifications

• Current Utah Residential Journeyman Electrician License or higher.
• Strong residential electrical experience.
• Commercial experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Take pride in producing clean, code-compliant electrical installations.
• Complete projects efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with confidence.
• Read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
• Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and contractors.

• Maintain a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Follow current NEC requirements and local building codes.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Work comfortably from ladders and elevated work areas.
