Trillium Staffing seeks experienced Journeyman Industrial Electricians to join our Kern County operation in California. The role demands strong industrial electrical experience, independence, and pride in safe, quality work.

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm with some Saturdays. Pay ranges from $35-$50 per hour depending on experience; long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity available.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician credentials/card.
• Proven industrial electrical experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Install and terminate conduit, wire, cables, panels, disconnects, transformers, motors, and control equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and one-lines.
• Perform electrical installations in industrial facilities and production environments.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify faults using testing equipment.
• Perform motor, control, and equipment connections and terminations.
• Maintain compliance with electrical codes, safety requirements, and project specs.
• Work safely around energized equipment, machinery, and production environments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, project management, other trades, and customers.
