Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in commercial, residential and property management environments.
• License preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
• Background and drug screen required
• Proficient in using hand tools, voltmeter, and ohmmeter
• Familiarity with NEC regulations and low voltage systems
• Experience in residential and/or commercial service electrician roles
• Ability to read prints or schematics
• Maintain accurate and detailed records

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years professional electrical experience in the commercial, residential and property management environments
• Professional license Preferred (we will assist you in acquiring)
