Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking an Electrical Worker I in Conyers, GA to plan and install electrical fixtures and control equipment. You will measure, bend, assemble and cut conduit, pull and splice wires, and connect them to lighting and power equipment.

You will also install breaker panels, transformers, and related wiring, repair faulty systems, and perform grounding tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with basic math and reading skills and related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating manuals
• Basic algebra/geometry understanding
• Experience or training in electrical work preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan layout and install electrical fixtures and control equipment
• Measure, bend, assemble and cut conduit
• Pull wires through conduit and splice wires
• Connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment
• Install and wire breaker panels and transformers
• Repair faulty equipment and systems
• Install probes and transducers and ground equipment
• Perform wiring of defrosts, lights, receptacles, and stats
• Assist with other duties as assigned
