Job Summary:

TechPro Power Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Testing Technician to perform acceptance and maintenance testing on low and medium-voltage electrical equipment. The role involves operating various testing tools, interpreting electrical schematics, documenting services, and troubleshooting electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform acceptance and maintenance testing on electrical equipment per NETA standards.
2. Operate testing tools such as megger, digital multimeter, Hipot tester, etc.
3. Document services with records and technical reports.
4. Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
5. Perform troubleshooting and problem identification.
6. Inspect and service transformers, switchgear, and relays.
7. Evaluate the operating condition of equipment.
8. Generate detailed reports and communicate effectively with team and clients.

Qualifications:

1. Understanding of electrical and mechanical testing procedures.
2. Familiarity with electrical test equipment.
3. Experience in troubleshooting and start-up services.
4. NETA Level II, III, or IV Certification preferred.
5. Ability to travel 10-25% with home every day, 70-75% on the road.
6. Strong communication skills and computer literacy.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Negotiable salary based on experience, ranging from $25.00 to $60.00 per hour.
• Annual bonus and full benefits including paid vacation, holidays, 401(k) with matching, health, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Additional Details:
