Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field.
• 1–2 years of testing, quality control, or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of electrical principles, circuits, and components.
• Experience with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies).
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, mechanical, and functional testing on transformers and related components.
• Set up and operate test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.
• Record and maintain accurate test data, reports and documentation.
• Analyze test results and identify abnormalities or performance concerns.
• Troubleshoot test failures and support root cause investigations.
• Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure reliable results.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve test processes.
