Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join their team in Cary, Illinois. The ideal candidate will build, test, and troubleshoot products while assisting engineers with data analysis and product improvement. Required qualifications include an associate degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering Technology, with 1-3 years of experience preferred. Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and electronic test equipment is a plus. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and troubleshoot products and prototypes.

  • Document procedures, steps, and methods used during prototyping.

Skills

Responsibilities

  • Proficiency with electronic test equipment such as analyzers, meters, impedance measurement instruments, digital multimeters, and thermal measurement tools.
