Job summary

The role requires 3+ years repairing PCB/PCBA/PWAs, harnesses, and knowledge of electrical theory and test procedures. You will work first or second shift, and must be a U.S. person due to export‑controlled information access.

Qualifications

• 3+ years repairing PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses/assemblies.
• Deep understanding of PCBs, PCBA assemblies, and manufacturing workflow.
• Soldering, crimping, assembling cables and connectors with basic hand tools.
• Able to read and follow test procedures and document results.
• Familiarity with termination systems from Molex, Amphenol, TE, Hirose, etc.
• Basic electrical concepts: Ohm's Law, voltage drop, ampacity.
• Familiar with test equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes, function generators).
• Experience with high‑power electronics and HV cables.
• Must be a U.S. Person for access to export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rework and repair of PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses/assemblies.
• Inspect and test reworks/repairs of PCB/PCBA/PWAs and cable harnesses.
• Perform product/acceptance tests on components and assemblies.
• Read and understand cable assembly drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
• Use measuring devices such as oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and clamp meters.
• Fabricate and assemble high quality, reliable cables, wire harnesses, and electro‑mechanical assemblies.
