Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Plymouth, Ohio is seeking an Electrical Technician to help create, maintain and repair electrical components and equipment on the plant floor. You will work with other technicians or engineers to keep machinery running reliably.

Responsibilities include repairing generators, motors, controllers, wiring, testing with metering equipment, following blueprints, and supporting ISO training. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery, with travel to other sites as

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred.
2–3 years of hands-on electrical plant-floor experience.
Ability to read and follow blueprints.
Strong time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Repair and replace defective electrical parts in generators, motors, controllers, and switchboards.
Install, maintain and repair electro-mechanical and electrical components.
Wire motor power controls circuits and read blueprints.
Test connections with multimeters and oscilloscope.
Travel as required and collaborate with engineers.
Participate in ISO training and audits.
Support safety and quality standards.
Other assignments as deemed appropriate.
