Job summary

Gasbarre is seeking a skilled electrical/mechanical technician to assemble panels from design layouts, BOMs, and wiring schematics, and to run conduit per schematics. The role includes testing and troubleshooting components, plus occasional local travel to customer facilities.

The candidate should read blueprints, have basic electrical knowledge, and be able to work independently or in a team, with a focus on safety and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Electrical degree or certificate preferred, but not required if 2 years of electrical work experience has been obtained.
• Physical requirements include extensive walking, standing, bending, sitting, squatting, heavy lifting, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panels from design layouts, bill of materials, and wiring schematics.
• Run conduit and wire way per schematics.
• Pull, label and connect wire per schematics.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical components and systems as necessary.
• Some local travel to and from customer facilities.
• Report issues or improvements to Engineering and Supervision.
• Communicate effectively and professionally.
• Any other task or duty as required.
