Job summary

OTC Industrial Technologies is seeking an Electrical Technician Lead to head a team of technicians, mentor peers, and deliver safe, high-quality electrical work on industrial sites in the Phoenix area.

The role requires 5+ years of industrial electrical experience with leadership, strong knowledge of electrical systems, and the ability to read schematics and install/maintain equipment. Compensation is hourly with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial electrical experience with leadership or lead technician experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation, motor controls, power distribution, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of electrical technicians, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise on daily work activities.
• Coordinate job assignments and help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Perform preventive maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial electrical and instrumentation equipment.
