Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation, repair and maintenance of the Fuel Cloud fuel management system.
  • Identify technical issues, calibrate equipment and implement solutions to ensure proper operation.
  • Provide support, training and guidance to clients on proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Keep accurate documentation of equipment installations, repairs, and service calls.
  • Manage, track and stock inventory of replacement parts and equipment for onsite services.
  • Maintain clean and organized work environment at onsite installations and company locations.
  • Safely operate and maintain company service vehicle.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Description

The FuelCloud Technician is responsible for the installation and configuration of the Fuel Cloud management system for Great Lakes' customers, utilizing a well-developed, structured and comprehensive internal training program to ensure organizational standards and technical requirements are followed.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site installation, repair and maintenance of the Fuel Cloud fuel management system.
  • Identify technical issues, calibrate equipment, and implement appropriate solutions to ensure proper equipment function and operation.
  • Provide support, training and guidance to clients on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
  • Keep accurate documentation of equipment installations, repairs, and service calls.

Qualifications
