Job summary

M2X Energy Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician & Assembler to build and integrate the electrical backbone of modular systems at the Rockledge, FL facility. You will wire, assemble, and test electrical systems, ensuring safe, reliable connections for deployment.

This hands-on role rewards precision and teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires 3–5 years of hands-on electrical experience, proficiency with schematics and panel assembly, and a safety‑minded approach.

Qualifications

• Foundation in Electrical Technology or related field with 3–5 years hands‑on experience as an electrical technician or assembler.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, wiring practices, and panel assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execute with accuracy.
• Comfort working with both low- and high-voltage systems.
• Safety‑first mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and integrate electrical systems, mount equipment, and connect instruments in the overall system.
• Wire LV/HV panels and wiring per safety codes for easy troubleshooting.
• Test and validate system through FAT and collaboration with engineers to resolve issues.
• Inspect assemblies, wiring, and components to ensure design and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and technicians to meet timelines and improve processes.
• Follow all safety protocols to maintain workplace safety and compliance.

As an Electrical Technician & Assembler, you’ll build and integrate the electrical backbone of our next‑generation modular systems — from low‑voltage controls to high‑voltage panels. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll wire, assemble, and test electrical systems, ensuring every connection is safe, reliable, and ready for deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble & Integrate: Build electrical systems and components, mount equipment, and connect instruments into the overall system.
• Wire with Precision: Install and organize LV/HV panels and wiring to meet safety codes and make troubleshooting straightforward.
• Test & Validate: Perform system checkouts, support factory acceptance testing (FAT), and partner with engineers to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure Quality: Conduct inspections of assemblies, wiring, and components to confirm they meet design and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and fellow technicians to deliver on timelines and improve processes.
• Champion Safety: Follow all safety protocols, keeping compliance and workplace safety top of mind in every task.

Qualifications

• A foundation in Electrical Technology, Engineering, or a related field (a technical diploma, associate degree, or equivalent background) and 3–5 years of hands‑on experience as an electrical technician, assembler, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, schematics, wiring practices, and panel assembly.
• Comfort working with both low- and high-voltage systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and execute with accuracy.
• Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in electrical systems.
• A safety‑first mindset, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or on a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical technician certification or electrician’s license.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with diagnostic and testing tools (e.g., multimeters, process calibrators, HART communicators).
• Mechanical assembly or pipe fitting experience to support system integration.
• Comfortable working in varied environments, including confined spaces or at heights.

Work Location

Brevard County in Florida at the M2X manufacturing facility in Rockledge, FL, 32955. This location is the heart of Florida’s space coast.
