This full-time direct-hire role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems in a challenging manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has at least three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with electrical drawings and SAP maintenance systems.

Pay: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience

Opportunity to work with advanced electrical and instrumentation systems
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation systems
Identify the root causes of equipment failures and operational problems
Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals
Maintain and repair plant machinery and electrical equipment
Work safely with low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment
Troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems
Rebuild and repair instrumentation components and valves
Use electrical measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools
Support preventive maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities
Document maintenance activities using SAP or other computerized maintenance systems
Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements
High school diploma or GED
At least three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform mathematical calculations and use electrical testing equipment
Experience reading electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Ability to work safely around high-voltage electrical equipment
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Strong safety and work-performance history
Two-year degree in an electrical-related field
Experience with industrial instrumentation systems
Experience with AC/DC drive systems
Knowledge of maintenance best practices
SAP maintenance-system experience
Experience maintaining low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment
Candidates must be able to climb ladders, work at elevated heights and in tight spaces, stand or walk on hard surfaces, wear required specialized PPE, and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds—with or without reasonable accommodation.
