HTI - Human Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Technician in Spartanburg, SC.

This full-time direct-hire role focuses on troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial electrical and instrumentation systems in a challenging manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has at least three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and familiarity with electrical drawings and SAP maintenance systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• At least three years of industrial electrical maintenance experience.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and use electrical testing equipment.
• Experience reading electrical drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work safely around high-voltage electrical equipment.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Identify the root causes of equipment failures and operational problems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Maintain and repair plant machinery and electrical equipment.
• Work safely with low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC drive systems.
• Rebuild and repair instrumentation components and valves.
• Use electrical measuring devices, hand tools, and power tools.
• Support preventive maintenance, planning, and scheduling activities.
• Document maintenance activities using SAP or other computerized maintenance systems.
• Follow all plant safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Technician

HTI is seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Technician for a leading manufacturer of polyester resins, specialty polymers, and polyester staple fibers in Spartanburg, SC. This full-time, direct-hire opportunity is ideal for an industrial maintenance professional with strong electrical troubleshooting, instrumentation, and equipment-repair experience.

What You Need

• Experience maintaining low- and high-voltage power distribution equipment

Physical Requirements
