  • Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical issues and assist with root cause analysis
  • Follow and promote safe work practices when working with hazardous voltages
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and bills of materials
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to provide feedback on design quality, manufacturability, and serviceability
  • Assist with documentation of build procedures, test results, and field issues
  • Support contract manufacturers and internal production builds as needed
What We’re Looking For

  • IPC/WHMA‑A‑620 certification or demonstrated experience building cable and wire harness assemblies to industry standards
  • Demonstrated proficiency in hand soldering, rework, and inspection of through‑hole and surface‑mount components
  • Experience wiring control panels, cabinets, and industrial equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience working with PCBAs, including assembly, test, and debug support
  • Familiarity with industrial components such as sensors, motors, power supplies, relays, and PLC I/O
  • Proficiency with common electrical lab and shop tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, crimpers, etc.)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
