The Electrical Technician is responsible for ensuring the reliable, efficient, and safe operations of all systems within the facility. This includes supporting facility operations, sustainability goals, and regulatory compliance. The technician must adhere to all safety and quality standards.The effective execution of the defined manufacturing systems is required and includes compliance with IATF and ISO14001 procedures, TQM guidelines & concepts, EHS policies & procedures, productivity measures, cost containment, lean principles, and continuous improvement.

The technician, as a team member, must always exhibit professional conduct and lead by example to foster team development and cooperation among all team members and external customers.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
